To find additional information on the history of settlement of Mexico you can go to http://www.nationsonline.org/oneworld/History/Mexico-history.htm. There is great information on the history and settlement of Mexico. It dates back to the earliest settlers there and the people that migrated to the country. It goes into greater detail about the settlers and provides a lot of factual information.
Another good website that has more information on the settlement is www.infoplease.com. It is more brief than the other website I provided, but it gives interesting facts on the settlement in Mexico. It is very easy to read and understand. This website connects the Mexican-American War to the settlement of the country.

In this population pyramid, the main chunk of Mexico's population is in the younger age groups such as 0-14. As the ages get older, there are fewer and fewer people. From this pyramid, we can say that that population will grow a lot over the years because there are so many young children. There will be more people in the older age groups in the future.
